![]() ![]() However, since your dog is physically incapable of doing that act, the aliens abduct you. The plot involves aliens coming to Earth and abducting your dog to run a maze. It's name contains two words, one of which is the name of the programmer who designed it. ![]() It was originally used as a test to show programming skills under a different name before being released under its official name. It has a relationship with Duke Nukem 3D but came way before it. If it's not solved by Monday morning, I'll give out the answer then.Īnyway, it's an FPS for DOS that is not based on the Wolf3D engine but came out several months after it, before Doom. I understand as well that we have members that are sensitive to that type of material, so I just ask to hide it away if you wish to post it, and try to keep public discussion about it "clean". The games industry has its own "dark" corner, if you will, and it's not something I'm willing to completely censor as it's a legitimate genre outside of the US. I told him he could post Adult material in the future as long as he put it behind an appropriately tagged spoiler, so that it was up to the user to view. He asked about being able to post about that particular Vita title since it was one his brother had been playing. It goes by 2 names, so I'm sure he'd take either. It's slated to be released in February 2015 in the West. ![]() The image above is a completely separate game, also released by NIS in Japan. Again, discussion for a separate thread about sexuality in Japan. I will always be biased against the PC, but still will enjoy the occasional game on it. If there was a "Windows 95 console", and then a Windows 98, then etc.it would be easier for me to accept and easier to use and separate. With so much different hardware out there in terms of RAM, Processors, and video cards, the game can be a different experience for everyone simply because of hardware, not to mention if your computer sucks due to a virus or something else. I might be one of the few who hate options like that. This development team is the one behind Warface and will continue to spearhead the free-to-play part of Crytek for the near future.Īnd I know a little about PC stuff to be able to understand what you mean, but without a console tied to the OS, it offers too much freedom for me. From Codemasters and Free Radical before Free Radical would become a part of Crytek. ![]() Speaking strictly from that, you have 2 good games and 3 average ones, I wouldn't call that making a name for themselves. Most will think Timesplitters series, Second Sight and haze, that's it, nothing more. hmmm, better do some homework first to see if there hasn't been too much changes in that studio." I think most casual gamers (although I wouldn't call gamers who know Free Radical casual, but that aside) will think "Free Radical, this must be good!" and not "Free Radical!. :)īut then again, you know, once a developer has made a name for itself the way Free Radical did, people expect a certain level of quality when seeing a game of them in stores. Some went to Nintendo, others to Free Radical, some Microsoft etc etc.Īhhh, you're totally right. Sure it has elements of that original team but you have to remember that it splintered off into many directions. That makes the assumption that it's the same team that made Goldeneye when it most certainly is not. Title: Re: Screenshot Identifying game! Know your games!? 2D games can still entertain and even be top notch in the technical department, just look at games like Odin Sphere or the Tales of Destiny Remake. And all this mess because of a misconception on Sony's part. I guess that's a weird idea of Sony USA at least, while Sony Europe seems to be a little more friendly toward 2D games (which is why Tales of Eternia and Breath of Fire III were released in Europe and not in the US.). Why? I have no clue, but it must have something to do with the 2D factor. For example, Atlus wanted to translate and publish Devil Summoner for PSP, but Sony rejected this idea. Or could it be a Sentimental really does seem to have an odd relationship with 2D games, at least when it comes to the PSP. Hm.looks like a dating sim.could it be a title from the Tokimeki Memorial series (even though the pic doesn't look that much like Tokimeki.)? Or maybe even a Sakura Taisen game.although I am not too sure about the art style in that pic. ![]()
